ICADEM is a division of ALEC Coaching® company specializing in individual and group coaching.

Created in 2003, ALEC Coaching focuses mainly on people potential development to enhance organizational performance, and provides a range of inclusive services: coaching, consulting and trainings for managers and executives.

• Individual coaching, Group coaching and Team coaching: ALEC Coaching’s philosophy is based on a humanistic, pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Coaching, consulting and training for 360-degree Feedback assessments (Individual, Group Profiling, Team, Project). Based on the All-e-Quest.com platform, an approach designed to develop individual and collective skills and support change management within organizations.
• Distance training ICADEM (Institute of Distance Coaching for Change in Management), especially suited to distant organizations.

ICADEM Institute has a teaching team of 13 members.

It is administered in educational terms, by an Educational Council, made up of 6 permanent members (list and biography on request).

The Educational Council is responsible for the definition of the catalog offers, the R&D in distance learning animation and the study of participants' feedbacks.Council members are also involved in developing customized trainings to meet the specific needs of companies.

The members of the teaching team of ICADEM Institute are all:

• Specialists in distance learning,
• Former managers and / or executives who have a proven experience of management,
• Experts in the fields in which they operate,
• Trained and certified to the animation of distance learning by an international organization (ICF).

ICADEM ethics is guaranteed by the actions of our team of certified coaches:

• we have been participating in the Ethics Commission of the ICF (International Coach Federation) since its creation in 2002,
• we are engaged in a process of supervision and continuous personal development,
• we get trained in certification programs for professionals,
